I am a photojournalist and writer interested in the social and environmental transformations at the borders of Europe, Middle East and Asia. I explore how people in the world compete over natural resources and what freedom means for human beings, from youth, to utopia-seekers, to migrants on the move looking for a better future.

I am based between Venice, Athens and Istanbul.

In 2010 I traveled moneyless from Holland to Brazil exploring the frontiers of possibilities and mutualism. I published the story on the book "I Passeggeri della Terra", published by Polaris, 2016.  My second book is a long reportage on the migrant reception projects in Calabria, starting from Riace: "U paese è mondo intero" published by Prospero, 2020.
